Chakra Clearing Meditation

Using our intention is very powerful when we are wanting to access our Astral or Subtle Body. In this meditation we set out the intention to clear any negative energy that is holding us back at each chakra. You may find that you come up against resistance within your mind or body as you go through the meditation. If this is the case, then take note! This is your Astral Body telling you that there are blockages! Continuing to work with the intentions is beneficial but if you would like to go deeper and find out exactly which part of your life, your energy body is out of balance, then please consider a Chakra Reading where we can find out exactly what is going on AND, most importantly, begin to find solutions to find balance once more.
