Anger Release Meditation

This is a great exercise to do whether you are currently experiencing anger or not. Learning to process our anger is key to holding inner peace. This mediation will give you the tools so that when the anger monster gets stroppy we know how to deal with it!Anger is an emotion that we are often made to feel ashamed of - especially as women. It is a totally normal and rational emotion to have! You would not be human if you never felt anger. However, the psychological and physical affects that it can have on us are not desirable. We want to be able to manage and moreover, understand our anger. Raw anger is an emotion - emotions are fleeting, but it is the feelings underneath the anger that we need to dig into and work through. In this meditation I lead you through a release of this emotion to help you better understand your anger and to process it in a healthy way. I also give you a physical release for your anger. We process anger in the liver and so giving it gentle attention and release is a double whammy of shedding the anger that we will no doubt at some point feel.
