In this episode, I’ll share with you foods that you could eat an unlimited amount of.   Ever get hungry and feel the urge to sneak a cheeky snack in?   I remember back in the day when I first started my fitness journey, which was about 15 years ago.   I’d just started to focus more on what I was eating and putting into my body, started lifting weights, and was curious about what foods I should be eating.   Looking back this is pretty dumb… When I used to snack and get a bit hungry I’d graze on nuts.   Although they’re healthy, which made me think it’s ok to eat a shit tonne of them as a snack.   However, they're probably the worst thing to overeat as the calorie intake of nuts is insanely high.   Before you know it you could easily smash over 1000 calories without even getting full.
