Mike is a dietitian who has been living in the UK since 2014. His current job title is Advanced Specialist Dietitian. He has a background in sports science. In the fourth quarter of 2020, Mike adopted a carnivore diet. Prior to that, he was obese, pre-diabetic, had irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and was taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). By following a very low-carb carnivore diet, he was able to reverse all of those health issues. Mike currently works for the National Health Service (NHS), where he helps people put their diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), obesity, and gastrointestinal issues into remission.
