Keir Starmer will be the new prime minister as his Labour party wins a massive majority in UK elections. US President Joe Biden will give a televised interview with ABC News as he seeks to reassure the American public he’s up for the job, after a poor debate performance. And in France it’s the last day of campaigning ahead of a runoff election as the far-right looks likely to fall short of an absolute majority.
