Emma Grace recently moved to Indianapolis to follow her coaches Andrew and Amy Begley where she runs with the Heartland Track Club. She recently signed with Asics.In this episode Mike also geeks out on some shoe talk and Lindsey geeks out on some Indianapolis talk.
