Have you ever thought about quitting? If you're like most of us, the thought has probably occurred to you at some point.  With many of us stuck in our homes and facing rapidly changing circumstances, the year 2020 certainly brought us opportunities to question the true reasons that we enjoy our training. When things get really hard and motivation seems far away, should we always try and add more fuel to the fire? Or can there perhaps at times be a benefit to letting the flames simmer down for a while?
