Dublin Monaghan bombings memorial

PSNI Jon Boutcher has ruled out the prospect of any future prosecutions relating to the 1974 Dublin Monaghan bombings. Earlier, the President Michael D Higgins told a memorial event to mark the 50th anniversary, how it was unacceptable that nobody has been held accountable for the massacre.
