Elizabeth Salgado

26-year-old Elizabeth Salgado came from Mexico to Provo, Utah, to attend a language school. She had been in the US for less than a month when she went missing in 2015. Her remains were found three years later in a remote area, but her murder remains unsolved.

Most of the people she knew were from her church or her job at a Mexican restaurant. It seems she went missing on her way back from school in the middle of the day on her regular walking route, which had vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
