We’re joined by Dino McCord, Vocalist & Songwriter of Red Voodoo (Sacramento, CA), to discuss their self-titled debut EP & videos. Dino talks about leading a young & up and coming Hard Rock band in their early 20s, re-creating a retro sound, & joining the emerging Classic Rock renaissance. Also, he shares about being mentored by Frank Hannon of Tesla as a High School teenager, drawing inspiration from Montrose, Van Halen, & Sammy Hagar, and performing onstage with the Red Rocker at his Cabo Wabo birthday bash. Additionally, he reveals insights to Sammy’s commitment to support Red Voodoo’s career, working with veteran Producer Jaimeson Durr, & recording at the legendary Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco. Plus, he shares the humbling experiences of performing on the Monsters Of Rock Cruise, & landing opening slots for Lit, Y&T & Slaughter.
