NASM-Trained Paralympic Athlete Nate Riech
In this “Master Instructor Roundtable,” hosts, and NASM Master Instructors, Marty Miller, and Wendy Batts, are joined by Nathan Riech, who is a paralympic runner and athlete for Team Canada, and specializes in the 1500m. Last year, Nate became a Paralympic Champion at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics.
The trio will explore how the NASM-OPT Model has played a crucial role in Nate’s athletic success, as well as his long-term interests, and goals, outside of running.
