As I'm sure many of you are aware our society has a huge problem with allowing men to be vulnerable. Many Men tend to suppress their emotions down in fear of being seen as weak. This can lead to anger issues and volatile behavior. That is why I am so excited to have this episodes Guest Nathan Kapler on to have a conversation about emotions and mental health.

Nathan Kapler is currently a podcaster and a retired RCMP officer. During his career as a police officer he dealt with many traumatic calls and situations which lead to PTSD and panic attacks. While struggling with his declining health he came to the realization that there was a lack of support in regards to mental health. In this episode we will be discussing how he learned to deal with his mental Health Struggles.
