I have been working with an incredible sports Psychologist, Dr. Cypher from the University of Rochester. He recently recommended a book to me called The Confident Mind, by Dr. Nate Zinsser. I like this book because it has simple, actionable tasks that we can all implement into our daily lives, to help us grow and move towards our goals. Today we will talk about the E-S-P exercise.
