Investigators determined the suitcase was purchased at a local Walmart hours after Summer was last seen. 
Authorities track down the man who purchased the suitcase…and when they search his home, they discover…not only was he the last person to see Summer Baldwin…but he was also the last person to see 16-year old Joanna Rogers, who had been missing from Lubbock for over 18 months…
