Men's basketball closed the regular season with two road games against quality opponents, but it squandered both opportunities to earn a quad 1 win. The Wolverines lost to Illinois and No. 15 Indiana in overtime and now will need at least one win in the conference tournament for a chance to go dancing. Meanwhile, women's hoops lost in the Big Ten quarters against Ohio State, while hockey advanced to the Big Ten semis with a sweep vs. Wisconsin.
