This meditation was written by The Green Mushroom Council member S Shane Thomas with Narration by Dave Ardrey, Amy Ardrey & Chad, and Production and Sound Design by Luxa Strata.  S Shane Thomas blogs about discovering and learning magic at https://buildingthephilosophersstone.wordpress.com.  This meditation is intended to guide you through the positive and negative traits of the thinking, feeling, intuitive, and sensory parts of the self. It can be used for personal reflection and growth, acquainting yourself with the four esoteric directions, and learning not to be a dick. Shane’s experience with Franz Bardon’s Black Mirror and White Mirror exercise in Initiation Into Hermetics and his practical work in the first two Apprentice modules of Quareia.com, a free self study school of magic in the Western Esoteric tradition, have inspired this writing.
