Rethinking Investment Treaty Law - A Policy Perspective

Margrethe Norum is senior legal advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Business. Adam Sheppard is senior research economist at Productivity Commission of the Australian Government. Randall Williams is chief director for Trade Policy and Negotiations at the South African Department of Trade and Industry.
