Is Dvorsky an NHL Ready Player or an AHL Ready Player?

The Blues have a lot of questions with their roster for the upcoming season, which includes Dvorsky's status. Is Dvorsky ready to be in the NHL or does he need more time developing and sent to the AHL. This question has a lot of fans debating on both sides.
