After signing Gerald Everett and trading for Keenan Allen, do the Chicago Bears still have room in Shane Waldron's offense to take a player like Georgia tight end Brock Bowers with the 9th pick in the NFL Draft?There's no such thing as too many weapons, but it's hard to carve out a role for Bowers among all the other pieces to still make him worth the investment with a Top 10 pick.
