UNC offers 2026 G Caleb Holt | Julius Halaifonua to re-class to 2024 | Peach Jam showdown

Coach Hubert Davis and the Tar Heels have made their fourth scholarship offer in the class of 2026, and this one is to elite, 5-star guard Caleb Holt from Alabama. Holt has won a state championship in each of his first two years of high school and won a gold medal with Team USA at the FIB U17 World Cup this summer, despite being still 16. New Zealand big man Julius Halaifonua has decided to re-classify to 2024 and join a school for this upcoming season. He and programs will have to move quickly since schools being in right around a month. Beyond that the NCAA calendar makes scheduling a visit in the next couple of weeks a tricky endeavor.ACC Football Kickoff begins today, and North Carolina will be in attendance on Thursday.
