It seems crazy to think the Chargers wouldn't want a coach the caliber of the Bill Belichick, but there are red flags that are hard to ignore. His track record post Tom Brady is troubling, but his failures on offense and as a general manager make him the wrong fit to handle the future of Justin Herbert. Dan and David discuss the latest moves in the coaching carousel and discuss who their backup plan at coach would be if Jim Harbaugh returns to college. Although his lack of experience is worrisome, Lions OC Ben Johnson would be a great pairing Herbert. The Chargers make one move on the coaching front this week by blocking the Giants from stealing special teams coordinator Ryan Ficken, which was an excellent decision.
