Joey Bosa and Derwin James are cornerstones of the defense, and while they are both out right now with injuries, Jim Harbaugh says he expects them to be ready for week one. The Chargers are expecting both players to have big seasons and it looks like Jesse Minter should have just about a full unit to begin the year.
