Parkland Massacre Survivor Makes Major Deal with School Shooter

According to a new agreement between survivor Anthony Borges and the Parkland shooter, Borges will have to grant his permission for the gunman to appear in any sort of interview. The killer also agreed to donate his brain to science when he dies, so it can be studied.
