I explain how I make time for the things that are important to me, even if it isn't “perfect” because I already have these cornerstone habits established for myself.
 
Making time for exercise, and the Lord everyday lessens the stressors of life if you allow them to be flexible and change. 
 
I promise you it’s worth the effort, and it doesn't have to be all or nothing!
