That could be implementing a hard stop at 5pm and putting your phone on silent until the morning. Many people fall victim to saying yes to everything as a way to keep the peace and avoid conflict. As attorneys, you will be busy with a lot of moving pieces throughout your day. You will not have time to take on every case or please every client. Learn how to say no and get comfortable with the feeling.It is important to not compare yourself to others and focus on your own goals.
