Ep #144 - You choose your habits and those habits create your life. You'll hear a lot of people say, "create the life you want to live," or, "take charge and build your life," or whatever else you have heard that is similar to those. Here's the thing, making the decision to change, while obviously huge, because if you don't choose to do something you definitely won't start doing it, BUT - just choosing and then sitting on the couch waiting for the "law of attraction" to bring you the life you desire...well, you gonna be waiting a loooooong time.
In today's episode I'll discuss with you how your mind creates and breaks habits and how you can use the power of habit to program yourself for success!

Reward. Make it satisfying.



 
How to Break a "Bad" (undesirable) Habit
Cue. Make it invisible.


Craving. Make it unattractive.


Response. Make it difficult.


Reward. Make it unsatisfying.
