In this episode, we talk about funneling your feelings and how it helps to relieve fear after a diagnosis! Journaling has been my lifeline throughout this entire journey, helping me process my emotions and maintain my sanity. Reading back a couple of my initial journal entries after receiving the diagnosis of breast cancer brings back vivid memories.  During those early days, fear consumed me, often keeping me awake at night. At the crack of dawn, I would find solace in journaling, pouring my emotions and feelings onto the pages.
