President Joe Biden announced a plan for the toughest rules ever on car pollution. The policy would force automakers to have a majority of sales all-electric in just a few years and fully electric by 2035. Germany closes its last three nuclear reactors this week in spite of the energy crisis brought on by Russia. Walmart is building out an EV network by 2030 which should cover 90% of the US population. Chipotle Mexican Grill has unveiled a new all-electric restaurant design that utilizes 100% renewable energy from wind and solar sources, and will feature EV chargers.
