Strange New Worlds brings Captain Christopher Pike back as the commanding officer of the USS Enterprise (NCC 1701). It is a direct spin-off of Discover season 2 and also brings Ethan Peck and Rebecca Romijn back as Spock and Una Chin-Riley.
