This week on To Kill A Delibird we go from wet and wild to svelte and mild, splashing into Pokemon anime episodes 62, "Beach Blank-Out Blastoise" and 63, "The Misty Mermaid". This pair of water themed filler episodes has the gang taking some relatively pointless diversions from their goals and unlocking fast travel. The first episode features Blastoise and washing machine accidents, while the second episode has the team zip from city to city on a whim. Travelling has never been this quick on the Pokemon anime! Knowing Ash's ironclad grip over pokemon mechanics we are guessing he glued cardboard wings to Pikachu and used HM02 to get from city to city so fast.
