Today’s episode is all about examining how root beliefs about ourselves can manifest as triggers in different ways. You’ve probably heard us say that life likes to present you with opportunities to learn a lesson or to heal a wound. Oftentimes, despite the breadth of experiences in which these opportunities show up, the lesson remains the same. Today, we share some of our core wounds and examples of how life likes to throw us scenarios in which to practice healing said wounds.
