A big legal win for President Trump on Monday. The Supreme Court ruled presidents have absolute immunity concerning official actions while in office. Yet, no immunity will be awarded for unofficial acts. The federal election interference case brought against former President Donald Trump by special counsel Jack Smith now goes back to the lower courts. Democrats are furious with the high court's decision, arguing that "nobody is above the law."
