The Men in Black: a secret agency of the the Immigration and Naturalization Services (I.N.S.) that is in charge of illegal and legal "aliens" from other galaxies. Their existance is hidden through a flashy red light that allows the agency to mold the story to fit their narrative. Add this all together and you political film showing the dangers of illegal immigrants and how the US uses propaganda surrounding it to fit their narrative.
