I know this take will get blasted. But Trevor Bauer wants to play again and rightfully so. The San Diego Padres need pitching, and what better way than to make things right by signing the former Cy Young winner in Bauer? At some point, we as baseball fans have to put the past in the past, just like we did as Padres fans with Fernando Tatis Jr. It is time for the team to make a necessary move and grab Bauer who is willing to play for a low price.
