Utah County required postage on their ballots for this latest primary election. How did it play out? According to Utah County Clerk Aaron Davidson, the county had better turnout for this week's election than the last election in 2022. While people shared their concerns with the postage requirement of mail-in ballots when the county announced the decision earlier this year, those concerns seemed to have been calmed.
