Bryson Brings Eye-Balls

Fraz hits his tee shot into some medium rough. He searches for his ball in the rough, and finds it. Fraz then goes to get a club and on the way back he accidentally steps on his ball. He then decides to take an unplayable, and after dropping his ball, hits it onto the green, and makes a one putt. How many strokes has Fraz had?
This question was tricky, as it had a few holes in it. This was deliberate, so that you would hear it and ask questions.
So let’s start:
Firstly, Fraz found his ball, but was it within the three minutes.
Secondly, Fraz goes back to grab a club, and then when coming back to his ball that he had previously found, he accidentally steps on it. Did Fraz lose sight of it and was searching for it again? Or was he not being aware/careless and just stood on it?
So thirdly, by Fraz stepping on the ball, did the ball move? If no, then no penalty. If yes, then Fraz incurs a one stroke penalty and must replace the ball.
Then fourthly Fraz takes a penalty stroke for an unplayable, this does not absolve Fraz from a penalty under Rule 9.4, but it does absolve him from having to put the ball back in the original spot. Finally, Fraz finishes out the hole, and I would say that the answer is 5, but it does require assumptions to get there.

Reed at it again

Bryson Doesn’t Let Go - https://youtu.be/KEKjyLZ4kJk
Firstly, Immovable Obstructions around the green. You will need to hope that the Committee has adopted Local Rule F-5. Secondly, what does replacing the ball mean? The ball must be replaced by setting it down on the required spot and letting it go so that it stays on that spot. When replacing a lifted ball on a spot, the Rules are concerned about only the location. The ball may be aligned in any way when being replaced (such as by lining up a trademark) so long as the ball's vertical distance to the ground remains the same.

Bryson Needs Help with Directions - https://youtu.be/ocCwKRPxcsU

Player A walks the course on the morning of their individual stroke round. During this process they are holding and swinging a golf club, placing their feet in positions on the fairway and putting greens they are about to play, no ball was placed on the ground. They arrive at the tee just before their starting time, and say to Player B, before either of them play ‘it is very wet out there, probably best that you hit the ball low to keep it from embedding itself and potentially being lost. On this first hole, I would take the line close to the right trees.’ Player A incurs how many penalty strokes?
