110. Foundational Habits for Good Health
While under the mentorship of Dr. Amy Bader, I learned about what she named the BTGs (Basic Treatment Guidelines). These were the first foundational changes that she implemented with each patient. On today’s episode, I’m sharing what have become the BTGs in my practice. These guidelines can be implemented by anyone and without the supervision of a healthcare provider. However, they are critical to optimal health. So many symptoms can improve when implementing these guidelines alone! Spoiler alert: It’s not supplements!
