Custodes/Orks Battleforce boxes revealed...are they any good?

The surprise reveals from the Warhammer World Anniversary brought forth some interesting new miniatures, including Custodes, Orks, Darkoath, and more. The Battleforce boxes make a surprise appearance as well, but are they a good value? Finally, many of the latest miniatures released by Games Workshop include nods to their Warhammer Plus animations...is that a good thing?
