Whats up with Truckstop.com? Are they being held hostage?

Truckstop.com systems went down on Friday December 20, 2019. At first, myself and others, thought the system was down for simple maintenance Today, we are finding out it's something else.. What happened? What's the impact? When will systems be back up? Should you worry?
