Todays episode was a really special one because of how vulnerable my guest is. Sometimes its really hard to be vulnerable about our darkest moments but sometimes its what you as a listener need to hear the most, and im so thankful for my guest Dr. Jamie (@withjamie.dds) for being so open with us, today we discuss her experience immigrating to Canada from Korea, experiencing the culture shock and her almost 10 year battle of navigating through an eating disorder that consumed her life. We all want to be accepted and loved and Jamie’s story has such a powerful universal message behind it that know we can all empathize with.
