Ranking Every Chicken Sandwich in Meridian

Over the last few months, Meridian has been overrun with chicken restaurants. Some roads have three or four poultry eateries just blocks from each other, and it seems like every other week there’s a new restaurant announcement in the suburb. And with all these new options, how are you supposed to know where to get the best chicken sandwich in town? Our host Lindsay Van Allen decided the only thing to do was try them — all of them — and report back.
