Nolan is originally from Lexington, KY and is studying to receive his PhD in Urban Planning at UCLA. He is also one of the co-authors of the Cardinal Institute’s recent paper entitled Homegrown Revival: Removing Barriers to Home Based Entrepreneurship in West Virginia.
