Season Finale: What makes a "good breeder?"

Our rescues and shelters are overfilled with available pups for rescue. Cat and Candie talk about what they think really makes "a good breeder." It is suspected that due to popularity of the corgi breed, overbreeding and poor breeding practices have been a major part of the problem.
