So said the Reverend Billy Sunday on the passage of Prohibition. Needless to say he oversold, and the forces that changed the Constitution would, for the only time, change it back. A look at Prohibition from many angles. Did it do any good? Did it cause, as at least one contemporary said, the drug problem? What does it say about drug legalization, really.
