Jess Higgins Kelley, MNT, ONC, is the founder and director of the Oncology Nutrition Institute!Jess is an internationally recognized and award-winning journalist, nutrition therapist,and public health educator. She is the best-selling co-author of the ground-breakingbook The Metabolic Approach to Cancer: Integrating Deep Nutrition, the Ketogenic Diet, and Nontoxic Bio-Individualized Therapies. In addition to English, the book has been translated into five other languages and is found on shelves worldwide in clinics and hospitals utilizing metabolic oncology nutrition.​​Jess earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from Western Colorado University,and went on to win the Alaska Press Club Award in 2000 for best breaking newscoverage of the 911 attacks.
