28. Map of the Soul: Persona

Hiii ARMY! Today’s episode is all about Map of the Soul: Persona and our version of an album review. This album was released on April 12, 2019, almost a whole year before we became BTS fans. Some of the songs we loved right away, where as others, took us some time to discover and love. This album was huge for BTS because it was the first album after the 'Love Yourself Trilogy' and the 'Love Yourself World Tour' As if that wasn't enough... the album debuted at #1 on the US Billboard 200. This made BTS the first band since the Beatles to have three #1 albums in less than a year - Can i get a "소리질러" ?!?!? (make some noise!!). 
As far as MOTS: Persona, we had a really fun time talking about this album as it has a lot of our favorite songs on it (check out our top 10 episode!). This album features only one solo song, Persona, performed and co-written by our leader himself, Namjoon. The title track on this album is 'Boy With Luv' featuring Halsey which was performed on various stages such as Billboard Music Awards, SNL, Good Morning America and more! This song launched them into new adventures - performing at SNL as the first Asian act to perform live on the show and performing for the 1st time at Billboard. As if the title track wasn't hot enough, BTS gave us 6 other amazing songs on this album. Tune in to hear our pros and cons of this album!
