Hour 1
Luis Gil had another dominant performance for the Yankees last night as he threw six innings of 1-hit ball against the Twins. He will pitch against the Dodgers on Sunday night in a series we are all looking forward to. The Yankees are humming along but it is a very long season. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with Yankee highlights as they had no problem with the Twins. Rickie Ricardo was on the call. The Mets won their second straight game and can get a sweep this afternoon against the Nationals. Tyreek Hill talked about Tua going from being fat to skinny, and he wonders if he’s taking Ozempic. In the final segment of the hour, people are still looking for the flashing fan in the Edmonton Oilers jersey. Adult websites want to hire her. Boomer said he went to a WNBA game with his daughter years ago and women in the stands were flashing after the game.
Hour 2
Haason Reddick is brand new to the Jets and didn’t show up for mini-camp and is ignoring Robert Saleh. So he wants a new contract even though he just got here. We also talked about Dak Prescott and a potential contract. Boomer said, if not Dak, who is the alternative for the Cowboys? Jerry returns for an update and starts with all of the sounds from last night’s Yankees win over the Twins. Gerrit Cole pitched for the Somerset Patriots in a rehab assignment and did well. Pete Alonso homered as the Mets beat the Nationals for their second straight. Rob Saleh was asked if Haason Reddick is looking for a new deal. He was also asked about being the sexiest head coach in the NFL. Bob Costas was on CNN and said nobody commented on Angel Reese getting dragged to the ground because it was a black player on another black player. Clay Travis was on Fox News and said the players resent Caitlin Clark because she’s a white straight woman in a black lesbian league. Shannon Sharpe said Molly Querim doesn’t work out in a very awkward conversation. In the final segment of the hour, we talked about Kyrie and LeBron when they were teammates. We also talked about the NBA Finals which will finally get underway this week between the Mavericks and the Celtics.
Hour 3
Gio wonders if the afternoon show fights between Shaun Morash and Tommy Lugauer are real or fake. Boomer think it starts off as fake, but then they actually do get annoyed at each other. Jerry returns for an update and starts with the sounds of the Yankees beating the Twins once again. The Mets won their second straight, but as always, they made it interesting in the ninth. Pat McAfee apologized for the word he called Caitlin Clark. He meant it in a positive way but he understands how it came out. James Harden wants to be remembered as a lover and a teacher of the game of basketball. In the final segment of the hour, we talked about congestion pricing which is supposed to go into effect on June 30, but now the Governor may delay it.
Hour 4
Gio brought his daughter, Sabrina, a set of her own golf clubs. Angel Reese got tossed from last night’s game for arguing with officials. Boomer wonders why she seems so angry. Gio thinks she’s just super competitive and turned herself into a villain. Jerry returns for an update and starts with the sounds of the Yankees beating the Twins again. Luis Gil was dominant again, giving up just 1-hit in six innings. Gerrit Cole pitched 3 ½ shutout innings for the Somerset Patriots as part of a rehab start. The Mets won their second straight game and Pete Alonso hit his 14th HR. Rob Saleh met the media and talked about Haason Reddick missing OTAs, which makes you wonder why the Eagles wanted to get rid of him. Tyreek Hill talked about Tua being fat but now he’s skinny and thinks he’s taking Ozempic. The Moment of The Day involves Shannon Sharpe saying Molly Qerim doesn’t work out. In the final segment of the hour, there was another sports category on Jeopardy that the contestants had a hard time with. Bill Cowher read one of the questions. We talked about the rookie QBs, wondering who will start right away and who will sit for at least six weeks. Breaking news: congestion pricing in NYC has been postponed. Gio is not counting on the Jets being in the playoffs.
