ATOOC: Flipping Out In Philly

In this episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control, we go to Northeast Philadelphia Airport where a Cessna aircraft has flipped over on the runway while coming in for a landing. The airport is immediately closed to other traffic as the tower monitors the situation with emergency services.
