Eighteen-year-old chef Eitan Bernath, famous for his cooking presentations on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, tells how he fell in love with the kitchen. Bernath talks with Homemade host, Martie Duncan, about TikTok video and teaching how to cook something in a sixty-second clip, a love of Indian curries and Mexican stews, and how to make a “Boujee Grilled Cheese with a Cheese Crown.” He also discusses the pleasures of food off camera, from taco nights at home to his mother’s brisket with caramelized onions, and cooking with cousins and grandmothers during the holidays.
