Catching up with Lisa Mitzel (5 Time NCAA Champion)

This week we are thrilled to bring you our conversation with Lisa Mitzel who was a gymnast at Utah back in the 80s. She is a 6 time All-American, the 1985 NCAA floor champion, and is one of the few gymnasts who have left their college career with four NCAA team titles so we talk a bit about that and the pressure that came along with being on such a successful team, as well as the work she is doing today as a speaker, author, and mental coach to help current athletes overcome their fears and struggles within sports.
